Reflecting on a Year of Growth and Purpose
Another year is in the books at Cresswood. We’re taking a moment to look back at what made 2025 special for our team and the customers we serve. This year brought stronger relationships with dealers and manufacturers across the country. We rolled out major product advancements that make our industrial shredders even more reliable. Our brand expanded in exciting ways. Plus we stayed deeply connected to the recycling and manufacturing communities through industry events and partnerships.
Everything we accomplished in 2025 traces back to what has always mattered most around here. American craftsmanship. Durability you can count on. Service that goes beyond the sale. As we move into 2026, that commitment isn’t changing.
2025 Highlights and What Shaped Our Industry Conversations
Throughout 2025, many of the most consistent conversations across the recycling industry centered on plastics processing and the growing complexity of handling diverse material streams. Manufacturers, recyclers, and dealers alike spent significant time discussing the technical challenges of plastics recycling equipment, particularly how to improve uptime, maintain material consistency, and balance sustainability goals without compromising throughput.

As the recycling landscape continues to evolve, efficiency in material processing has remained a dominant theme. At conferences, expos, and in day-to-day customer discussions, topics like size-reduction optimization, throughput gains, and operational reliability surfaced repeatedly. There has also been a strong appetite for real-world insight, practical examples of challenges faced on the plant floor and how they are being addressed. Across the industry, it’s clear that theoretical ideas matter less than proven solutions to real operational problems.
Industry Connections: Staying Engaged and Strengthening Our Network

Building relationships matters as much as building machines. Our team made it to several key industry events this year. CorrExpo in Savannah connected us with corrugated packaging professionals who need dependable equipment for their operations. We also exhibited for the first time at the Forest Products Machinery & Equipment Expo in Nashville where conversations centered around wood shredders and the unique challenges of processing different wood types. These hands-on conversations matter because you learn things at trade shows that never come up on phone calls.

Our dealer network grew stronger this year. We expanded into southern markets and Texas with partners who know their local recycling communities inside and out. These relationships matter because dealers do more than sell equipment. They provide ongoing support and build trust with end users who need American-made shredders they can rely on.
Innovation and Engineering Advancements: A Major Leap with the Dura-Glide Roller Ram
The Cresswood Dura-Glide Roller Ram represents our biggest engineering milestone of the year. Smoother operation and better control during material processing. That’s what dealers and manufacturers told us they needed. The Dura-Glide system delivers exactly that. Throughput improved for plastics, paper, film, and wood applications. Maintenance requirements dropped. System life extended.

Customer feedback influenced the Dura-Glide evolution from the start. We listened to what dealers heard from their customers and paid attention to patterns in service calls. Then our engineering team developed a solution that addressed those pain points directly. Moving into 2026, this technology gives our dealer partners a competitive advantage when they’re talking to prospects about long-term value.
Branding Growth: Expanding the Family with Destroyer, Raptor, and Badger
Our product lineup got clearer this year with three distinct brand identities. The Badger, Destroyer, and Raptor shredder lines each serve unique customer needs. Badger makes quick work of paper and hard plastics. The Destroyer tackles wood and pallet jobs. Raptor slices through plastic film. This expansion wasn’t about complicating things. It was about making product selection simpler for dealers and their customers.

Each machine line now has a clear identity tied to specific applications and performance characteristics. Dealers can match customers with the right equipment faster. Updated logos rolled out across all three product lines. This investment in branding supports our dealer partners and makes it easier for manufacturers to understand what each machine brings to their operation.
Cresswood Cares: Community Impact and Service in 2025
Building great equipment is only part of what defines us. Cresswood sponsored Rooted for Good’s “A Dinner for Good” fundraiser in September, bringing together 75 guests for an evening focused on fighting hunger in DeKalb County. Chef Josh from Wild Carrot Cooking Company prepared an incredible farm-to-table meal that celebrated locally sourced ingredients and community connection. After Rooted for Good lost a major federal grant earlier this year, community support became more critical than ever. Events like this help bridge funding gaps while bringing together people who believe in creating lasting change.

Beyond this, our team participated in volunteer efforts and supported local organizations throughout 2025. We stayed engaged with schools and trade programs that prepare the next generation of manufacturing professionals. Skilled trades are vital to keeping American manufacturing strong. Community involvement isn’t something we do occasionally. It’s core to who we are at Cresswood.

Looking Ahead: What’s Coming in 2026
We’re not slowing down. Investment in plastics recycling solutions continues. New engineering developments are already in the works. Our focus on American-made quality isn’t changing. We’re expanding dealer networks and strengthening regional coverage. Most importantly, we remain committed to delivering reliable industrial shredders and wood and pallet shredders that outperform expectations year after year.
